Currently Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group Nordic Sales and Marketing organization is undergoing an exciting transformation process, where the E-commerce team is growing. We are therefore looking for a new colleague to join our Nordic team in Stockholm! You will be part of an informal and creative organization where you will take part in shaping the future for our Nordic digital foot print. You are a young professional ready to take on an entry level role in a global organization with great opportunities. You will be part of identifying and implementing solutions across all areas of e-Commerce and Digital Marketing in order to support our online revenue streams. You will be part of a central team in our Nordic organization that are powered by passion and a pioneering spirit. You will develop revenue generation with our Yes I Can Spirit.

In the Nordics, Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group has 60+ hotels in operations with a new Nordic Sales & Marketing team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive online revenue through our own channels and direct purchase influenced by online messaging, marketing and customer relationships management.
• Work proactively with all online direct channels and optimize on these to drive incremental revenue
• Coordinate the Nordic Affiliate programme(s) and performances including area specific recommendations and help develop an area specific strategy to improve ROI and contribution to the hotels
• Work with Regional Marketing Managers and Area Marketing Manager in developing the annual tactical marketing calendar for the online environment.
• Work with relevant agencies to develop online media plans in line with the annual tactical marketing calendar, and ensure all activity is adequately tracked and optimized to improve ROI and contribution to the hotels.
• Work with Area E-Commerce Manager to monitor Carlson Rezidor-approved measurement system to track the impact of all web-based initiatives.
• Utilize measurement system to track on-line reputation and cascade findings to Area Team and Hotel General Managers.
• Together with Nordic Area E-commerce Manager measure campaign and program performance, determine ROI impact of e-marketing initiatives across all sectors of the business.
• Together with Nordic Area E-commerce Manager produce statistic reports defining insights and results present these for Area Marketing, Sales and Hotel Teams.
• Assess and advise on the effectiveness of all e-commerce partners.
Required Skills and Experience:
• 3- 5 years' experience working with online marketing/sales in a performance set up ie. from a performance marketing team or agency
• Bachelor degree in i.e. International Marketing & e-Commerce
• Strong analytical skills
• 1 Scandinavian language + strong English (speaking and writing) is essential
• You have experience in working with Google analytics, Google DoubleClick & Omniture etc.
• Possess stakeholder management skills
