Are you detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and excited by the idea of building the future of forestry? Then you might be the one we're looking for. We're now hiring Drone Assembly Technicians to help us bring our drones to life - a role where your craftsmanship and precision play a direct role in shaping the future of sustainable forest management.
The Role:As a Drone Assembly Technician, you'll be a hands-on part of our development and test teams. Your main focus will be assembling and testing drones that are purpose-built for forest management applications. You'll work closely with both mechanical and electronic components - where you will be responsible for documenting the build process and help write down instructions and procedures, ensuring every drone leaves the workshop flight-ready.
You'll also contribute to prototype builds, assist in troubleshooting, and help us continuously improve both product and process. Whether you're adjusting flight controllers or calibrating sensors, your eye for detail and quality will make all the difference.
This is a role for someone who enjoys the rhythm of focused, hands-on work - but who also loves being part of a mission bigger than themselves. In everything you do, you are guided by the word 'safety' - both for yourself and others. It defines your entire way of working and is something you never compromise on.
Need to have: Experience in assembly or technical craftsmanship (whether you've worked in a professional workshop or built things in your garage - we're more interested in your skills and mindset than your formal education).
Good understanding of electronics and wiring.
Good with tools, drawings, and technical instructions.
Meticulous and quality-minded - you notice when things are slightly off.
Fluent in Swedish and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have: Soldering experience or experience working with drones, robotics, or electronics.
Knowledge of mechatronics or mechanical design.
Experience from forestry, environmental tech, or outdoor applications.
As a hands-on, problem solving and outdoorsy person - you'll fit right in with the rest of us! You will be a part of a fast-paced and fun environment, working with cutting edge technology and becoming an important part of a tight-knit and humble team. Good words to describe us are quality oriented, problem solving, fact-based, kind and open - and we ask lots of questions. We are office first and Uppsala-based.
