JM Formox is expanding their catalyst plant in Perstorp which requires a great deal of documentation. As Document Controller you will be responsible for the storage and revision control of all project deliverables and associated documentation.
What you will do
• Manage and maintain our centralised Document Management System
• Manage incoming and outgoing transmittals between JM and contractors as well as suppliers
• Maintain status information on all project deliverables and documentation
• Support with preparation of SAP requisitions and invoice payments
• Support the project team based in multiple locations with various administrative tasks

Who you are
You are an experienced document controller / administrator with extensive experience in working with document management systems. You have a good level of both Swedish and English. You are highly customer-oriented with good problem-solving skills. Due to your structured and organized way of working you can manage different projects at the same time.
