This position is responsible for contributing to the business growth of CA by designing and implementing CA Education product and service delivery strategies within the region, area, or country, and mobilizing the instructional teams to deliver quality training to CA customers in the most cost-effective manner possible.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with Services Education Delivery management to create budgets and business plans for the group.
• Create short and long-term objectives for the group to meet the goals and objectives set forth for the regional, area, or country CA Education business, as applicable.
• Design the Education delivery capabilities for the region, area, or country, and provide direction to the instructional team in order to deliver offerings that maximize customer satisfaction, while optimizing contribution margins.
• Work with Sales, Services, Customer Advocacy, Development, Support, and Marketing to plan and execute objectives.
• Manage the availability and effectiveness of Services, Development, and other third-party personnel providing supplemental, instructional support.
• Develop and mentor staff by guiding their learning in conjunction with the strategy and direction of the CA Education, in order to enable them to obtain the proper course/teaching certifications and to meet their individual billable utilization targets.
• Visit customers to assess their satisfaction with their current training engagements and to identify follow-up Education opportunities.
• Provide input to upper Services Education Delivery management and to the Curriculum Development team to ensure the development of accurate and timely courseware.
• Work with other CA Education and Learning groups to coordinate the implementation of new learning delivery systems.
• Provide accurate and timely cost forecasting to CA Education senior management.
This role will:
• Manage total staff of 5 people.
• Focus of the Nordic regions (Sweden, Denmark, Norway & Finland)
• Manage a total budget of up to $2 million USD.
Work Experience & Language Skills:
• Typically 7+ or more years of work experience as an IT
Education/Learning/Sales professional are required for this position.
• Educated in Information Technology and preferable have of 5 or more years experience at an IT Education/Learning organization. Prior management experience is required.
Candidates must speak Danish, Swedish & English FLUENTLY
