Region NCE > SBU NCE Service > Special Task
In Service Onshore North-West we hold the accountability for all the service contracts in our region. We ensure a qualified customer experience by focusing on best-in-class execution, advanced utilisation of our teams and resources, digital solutions, and long-term contractual commitments.
Responsibilities
As director of Service Operations Support, you are responsible for a team of more than 300 employees. The team you will support will ensure the successful planning and execution of the main component work. This includes special project execution, commissioning, subcontractor management, technical planning, and regional support with highly skilled technicians. Besides everyday leadership tasks, you will:
Be responsible for budgeting
Ensure excellent alignment with the regional P&L owners and other critical stakeholders
Provide continuous improvement not only for your department but also for the regions
Be part of the future strategies while aligning with the management team
Be responsible for the supply of resources
Qualifications

Have a deep understanding of complex planning and execution of special tasks
Drive responsibly the organisation towards the best HSE and quality standards, as well as ensure efficient utilization of the resources
Are accustomed to taking part in strategic planning
Competencies

Are highly skilled in delivering results through excellent people leadership and the leading of leaders
Come with experience in Wind turbine projects, services, or similar more significant infrastructure business
Are fluent in English and preferably in other Nordic European languages

Due to the geographical spread of the team, locations include but are not limited to, Videbæk in Denmark, Warrington in the UK, and Malmö in Sweden.
