As Director Sales Operations B2B/D2C you will belong to the Commercial & Consumer Journey organization. You will report to the VP Global Sales Operations.
The Direct Sales Operations B2B/D2C needs to understand the interdependencies between Missions 2 and 3 initiatives and KPIs to be able to lead various global transformation projects within Sales Operations. The objective is to come to one common approach in the Group, in total sync with Global Operations, to drive S&OP and S&OE, to capture sales opportunities, optimize inventory levels both inhouse and in the sales channels, standardize customer service processes and reduce operational cost to serve within Electrolux and for our customers and consumers. Special focus will be as well on the growing D2C channel and Amazon as a global Key Account.
The sales operations team is strongly linked to our Mission 2, for which the overall objective is to: Drive Commercial Excellence leveraging all channels to ensure CTF growth, while building process, identifying, and deploying common solutions, simplifying current state, and accelerating transformation.
Key responsibilities of the role
• Build relationships with Global Operations, Finance and Product Lines to be able to run successfully projects to redesign, standardize and implement both S&OP and S&OE processes across the Group
• Build/strengthen market demand planning and sensing capabilities with the BA's to capture opportunities and right size operations with speed, strengthening our 18-month rolling ES&OP process.
• Drive the optimization of inventory levels, both inhouse and in the channels, to eliminate stockout (especially for D2C channel but not only) while improving NOWC, in total sync with the Global Supply Chain, Finance and Product Line teams.
• Drive operational cost reduction to serve our B2B and D2C customers and consumers and reduce CTS for Electrolux
• Optimize Customer Service / Order Mngt. processes including the returns & damages flow (RADOS).
• Foster a sell-out and data-driven decision-making culture across the Sales Organization in the BAs.
• Drive projects to implement data driven and agile processes, tools, WoW and governance to drive sell-out, eliminate stock-out and improve conversion at POS (on & off-line) in the B2B and D2C channels.
• Support definition and implementation of a standardized process and system to define Preferred Partners across the BA's (including channel/customer master data)
• Assess, review, standardize and implement a sales team reward-based system to drive star products and premiumization, with Preferred Partners (B2B), whenever legally and culturally possible in the market, in total sync with the C&CJ and BAs HR teams
• Extended member of the Global Logistics LT
• Extended member of the Global Amazon KA team
Competences needed
• Master's degree in business management
• 10+ years of increasing responsibility and a track record of success in commercial management.
• D2C / E-commerce experience
• Strong interpersonal skills with desire and ability to work collaboratively building rapport across functional teams, ability to work remotely with team members.
• Leadership skills and experience in managing projects without direct reporting line.
• Self-starter and independent thinker with strong technical experience, with ability to understand complex data, leverage economic analytics, evaluate costs and other business intelligence capabilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to accuracy and passion for continuous improvement.

• Change agent and experience in aligning ways of working, standardizing processes, and conducting change.
