Nu Creatives client is a dynamic, high-paced interactive agency with offices in the heart of Stockholm and Manhattan, NYC. Their clients include brands such as Google, HTC and CNN, and their team enjoys the constant challenge of building cutting-edge interactive experiences for some of the most demanding and visible clients in the world.
Key Responsibilities
• motivate and lead by example at all times by actively establishing and enforcing the production and quality standards.
• directly manage producers and oversee their daily work.
• ensure production efficiency on a daily basis through efficient resource planning, resource productivity and allocation. Also ensure that timelines and estimates are industry-competitive.
• act as a role model and inspire your team to exceed expectations and motivate their peers to deliver exceptional, passionate and creative work.
• ensure that Management goals are communicated and adhered to in Production while simultaneously contributing your point of view honestly and openly.
• oversee and be responsible for all production proposals, pitches and SOWs delivered to clients from the New York office.
• responsible for overseeing the local introduction and resource allocation for all projects by managing local resource planning and coordinating global resource planning.
• responsible for building and maintaining client relationships.
• lead and/or assist in contract negotiations and establish documentation processes and procedures.
• educate your team and the company in proper business etiquette, approach and strategy.
• travel domestically and internationally for client visits on a regular basis.
• plan, manage and lead client meetings and presentations.
Required Experience and Skill Set
Passion for excellence/quality.
8-10 years of Interactive agency production experience (4-5 years in a leadership role).
Master of different project management tools and methods, including Agile.
Proficient in Omnigraffle and Visio.
Proven success in managing challenging clients and business situations.
Natural and proven ability to lead and the skill to get people to follow.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written) Hungry for new technology and keeping ahead of current and emerging technology trends.
Master of the interactive/software development process from an information architecture, interaction design, design and technical perspective.
Strong hands-on wire-framing capabilities, demonstrating excellent understanding of usability and what makes a good web project.
Proven track record of establishing legal project documents for clients.
Ability to demonstrate sound judgment and pleasant professionalism in every situation.
Highly proactive, quick on your feet and possess a solution-driven approach to problem-solving.
