We are looking for a skilled Director of Finance to help us grow, build and to oversee all aspects of our financial processes. Your main goal is to protect the company's revenues and profits, achieve full financial control and create financial transparency to the rest of the organization.

You are joining a startup and that means that you're doing a lot of things pretty much from scratch. Or well not entirely from scratch - we've raised some money, we've paid the bills, sent out invoices and created a few reports before but we want you to love doing all of that and a lot more, and better and better everyday. From thefrom big complex strokes to the nitty gritty details. We want you to be comfortable in all aspects of financial management ranging from simple accounting to broad investment and banking operations. Our ideal candidate is an excellent communicator since he or she will be working and have touchpoints with all departments in the organization.

You will be a part of Amuse's executive team reporting to the COO. Starting out you will have one direct report (Business analyst) accompanied with financial consultants that is under your domain and we expect you to build your team as the company grows over the years to come.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the company's financial planning
• Produce clear, reliable reporting, forecasting and analysis to management team and board of directors as basis for decision
• Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
• Play a key role in future fundraising processes
• Be a part in managing investor relationships
• Build business case for investment opportunities
• Manage vendor relationships
• Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies

Requirements:

• Strong business acumen
• Proven experience as CFO, finance officer or relevant role
• Hunger, drive and excellent communication
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
• Excellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methods
• Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software
• In depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices
• Music industry experience is meritorious

The role is based in Amuse's Stockholm head quarters.
