Syncron is now looking for a highly driven and capable Learning Director with extensive experience to lead the development and delivery of powerful learning content for Syncron's customers and business partners.
Main responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive training strategy for the Syncron's software products, ensuring that all customers and partners receive the training and enablement necessary to fully utilize our products.
Lead the development of training content, including e-learning modules, instructor-led training, and certification programs.
Partner with international, cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, customer success, and sales, to ensure that learning solutions are built and marketed.
Lead sales and P&L related activities, such as identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies to achieve revenue goals, and managing the financial performance of the department.
Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for Syncron Learning.
Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs, making recommendations for improvement and implementing changes as necessary.
Develop and manage a global team of learning and enablement professionals, providing leadership and mentorship to ensure the highest levels of performance and job satisfaction.
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the success of our learning and enablement programs.
Stay current on industry best practices and trends related to learning and development, making recommendations for new tools and techniques to enhance our training programs.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in education, business, or a related field; master's degree preferred.
15+ years of experience in software product companies with a focus on learning and user enablement. Experience in the supply chain space preferred.
Proven track record of successfully managing the P&L, sales, and business development for a learning and user enablement function.
Strong leadership and management skills, with experience managing an international team of professionals.
Experience with creating and implementing successful learning and user enablement programs.
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.
