Consumer Services is the function within Connected Solutions that is responsible for the end user services, from idea to development and operation. We work in tight collaboration with the Volvo Group Business Areas and customers. We drive and manage the performance of the services and the business areas portfolios over the life cycle. Together with our stakeholders we create value through fantastic user experience and business enhancing services and products.

We are now looking for a Director for our new function Consumer Services Volvo Trucks, Renault Trucks and Volvo Bus; a leader who is passionate about people, customer value and wanting to make a difference for our customers. You will be responsible for the key account towards the VT, RT and VB businesses with the services ownership over the life cycle. You will drive new services development and secure a high performance of the service portfolios. You will lead the transformation towards improved time to market and increased customer value by establishing strong relationships with our business areas and successfully driving and developing high performing teams.
Key Responsibilities
Together with our Business Areas, drive, develop and manage a successful portfolio of connected services that adds value to customers and business
Put in place a strategy and way of working that will improve time to market of new services, increase performance and value of the life cycle of a service
Lead and implement a clear services ownership and in close collaboration with our Business Areas
Recruit, build and develop competences and employee profiles for the future
Coach and develop leaders and employees of the organization into strong owners of their activities and results
Build, develop and lead a high performing team and innovation culture
Be an active member of the Consumer Services management team. As a member of the management team you will be involved in business development activities and other projects

Competence Profile & Qualifications
Exceptionally strong leadership capabilities with a proven track record of results through coaching and leading through others
Experience in transforming and driving services development to the next level
Solid experience from driving agile and autonomous teams
Experience from minimal viable product way of working and fast scaling of local development
Excellent presentation and communication skills
Successful in building working relationships and operating effectively as a member of a leadership team
Professional skills and abilities to work in a fast paced, multicultural and diverse environment
Ability to create and lead through networks
Strong leadership courage, entrepreneurial spirit and strong ownership mentality
A strong believer in culture, genuine care for people and value driven performance
