We are now seeking a strategic and forward-thinking. Director Compensation & Benefits to join AddSecure's People & Culture function.

Your role
In this newly redefined role, you will lead the design, development, and execution of AddSecure's global compensation and benefits strategy. You will be responsible for aligning reward structures with business goals, ensuring compliance across multiple markets, and fostering a culture of fairness, transparency, and competitiveness.

The position is located at AddSecure's head office in Stockholm and reports to the Chief People & Culture Officer. You will have one direct report, with potential for the team to grow over time.

Key responsibilities include:

Drive the global compensation and benefits strategy across all markets.
Oversee salary benchmarking and annual compensation planning.
Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and tax regulations.
Partner with Finance and People & Culture on program development and execution.
Lead and mentor a People & Culture team member focused on payroll and data.

Your profile

You hold a relevant academic degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or a related field, and you are fluent in both Swedish and English. With a minimum of five years in a senior C&B role, you bring proven experience in designing and implementing competitive, compliant, and scalable reward frameworks. You combine analytical strength with excellent stakeholder management and thrive in a setting where collaboration and continuous improvement are key.

As a person, you are structured, pragmatic, and resilient under pressure. You balance attention to detail with the ability to act swiftly when required. Adaptable and solution-oriented, you are someone who naturally builds trust across teams and brings clarity in times of change. You have strong communication skills and are able to explain complex matters clearly, creating alignment across diverse stakeholders.

You are a strategic and hands-on leader with deep knowledge of compensation and benefits practices across international contexts. You are confident in managing complex projects and navigating across diverse functions and geographies.
