Job Summary
The Business Stream Director for the New Food subcategory will be responsible for the profitable growth and development of this exciting new business stream. Ramping up the business by maximizing the value proposition, delivering robust sales support to target markets, ensuring competitiveness across the product portfolio as well as securing availability of capabilities, and collaborating closely with services to leverage after-sales opportunities.
The position is based in Lund, Sweden, travelling is required.
What you will do
As Director Business Stream New Food you will lead the development for Global Strategy for the New Food in line with Global Strategy and execute it. You will also set the 3-year ambition considering the financial elements, setting expectations for focus markets and participate by identifying markets growth opportunities globally. You will also be the inspiring people leader for an effective team.
You will be responsible for
Deal/Opportunity Management Capital Equipment Processing (decision to quote/accept price, margin, risk and resourcing). Implement commercial practices and ensure compliance.
Actively looking for potential Mergers & Acquisitions targets to close rapidly portfolio gaps.
Ensure that Portfolio fit and line solutions will meet Tetra Pak sustainability targets (Net Zero by 2030).
Drive global profitability through lower cost of goods sold in capital equipment design and production.
Support global service sales growth and profitability for the subcategories and enable global footprint shift.
Responsible for claims forwarded to Business Stream New Food
Drive the leadership culture and secure talent engine.
P&L responsibility for New Food.
We believe you have
You have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree is a plus.
You possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Business development and or Portfolio management, with a focus on equipment business and sustainability.
You have demonstrated experience in developing a business plan and driving cross-functional strategy.
You have a proven track record by dealing and working with customers.
You are fluent in English, written and spoken.
You are a result orientated and a self-motivated person with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You have the ability to analyse market trends and industry intelligence. Business Development activities comes naturally to you. You are an effective communicator and collaborator, adept at working with diverse teams and stakeholders and in creating engagement in a matrix organisation.
