Then you could be our nextDirector - IT Security and ComplianceAs Director of IT Security and Compliance you will be responsible for the information security program to ensure that SKF information assets and associated technology, applications, systems, infrastructure, and processes are adequately protected. You will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and reporting on legal and cybersecurity risks to information assets, while supporting and advancing business objectives. As Director of IT Security and Compliance you will proactively work with SKFs functional departments and partners to implement practices that meet agreed-on policies and standards for information security. You will oversee a variety of cybersecurity and risk management activities related to IT to ensure the achievement of business outcomes. Your responsibility will also be to ensure regulatory compliance to data privacy laws, export control and finance.As Director of IT Security and Compliance you will be responsible for a group of currently seven Specialists. The group is likely to grow over the next couple of years. You will also manage the Regional IT Security and Compliance for AMER, APAC and EMEA through dotted line responsibilities. Key responsibilities* Lead the information security function across SKF to ensure consistent and high-quality information security management in support of the business goals. Serve as a primary point of contact to all functional areas to ensure consistent application of policies and standards across all technology projects, systems and services, including privacy, risk management, compliance and business continuity management.* Develop, establish and implement IT security and quality framework for security processes, systems, policy and procedures* Provide leadership for security planning, budgeting, hiring, project management, execution, and delivery* Responsible for security incidents and the incident response team* Establish and maintain processes for security incidents management and vulnerability management within IT as well as execute threat-, risk-, and vulnerability analyzes on network, applications and systems* Cooperate with contracted IT service providers for security services such as the SOC, Security Operations Center or other security services* Run IT Risk Management - Based on overall information security requirements, build and develop risk-based management of IT security and compliance* Lead the design and operation of related compliance monitoring and improvement activities to ensure compliance both with internal security policies and applicable laws and regulations* Work with and offer strategic direction to related governance functions (such as Physical Security/Facilities, Reinsurance, Finance HR, Legal and Compliance)* Work closely with IT Operations and IT Enterprise Architecture & Solution Delivery to ensure continuous improvement and quality assurance within IT security. * Manage the information security awareness training program for all employees, contractors and production staff. Job requirements and personal profile* University degree in relevant area or equivalent working experience* Experience and deep knowledge of relevant legal and regulatory requirements, such as: Export Control regulations and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Strong knowledge and understanding of security frameworks, including ISO27001, CoBIT, Center for Internet Security (CIS) and ITIL* Successful leadership experience and ability to lead and motivate the information security team to achieve tactical and strategic goals, even when only "dotted line" reporting lines exist* Excellent analytical skills, the ability to manage multiple projects under strict timelines, as well as the ability to establish an open and transparent way of working, together with other departments of SKF IT and/or SKF business through an inclusive leadership style* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, interpersonal and collaborative skills, and the ability to communicate information security and risk-related concepts to technical and non-technical audiences* Proven track record and experience in developing information security policies and procedures, as well as successfully executing programs in a dynamic business environment* Poise and ability to act calmly and competently in high-pressure, high-stress situations* Experience with contract and vendor negotiations* High level of personal integrity, as well as the ability to professionally handle confidential matters and show an appropriate level of judgment and maturity* Abilities to lead without authority* Perseverance and a high level of energyAdditional informationLocation: Gothenburg (SWE).
