At Scania Assistance you will be joining the part of Commercial Operations that has the global responsibility for strategies, operations and control of the Scania owned sales and services companies and business units. At the moment Scania Assistance is going into a exiting transition phase where we need to meet the potential of future technologies and ways of doing business. To ensure this, we must accelerate our digital transformation and take big steps into the next generation of systems, tools and methods. To support this journey we are now looking for you. Your passionate interest in system design, digitalisation and project management will take you far in the role.

The Role
Your role will be crucial to succeed in this transformation where strategical as well as operational decisions needs to be taken continuously. You will have the overall responsibility of and also lead the IT related projects. Your task as System and Digitalisation Manager:

• Overall responsibility for IT related projects within Assistance

• Be a role model and trainer in the use of digital collaboration tools and principles to drive individual and team productivity.
• Be an active part of and represent Assistance in relevant digitalisation forums
• Be responsible for the information governance related to the systems, including GDPR issues

Your Profile
We believe you are fluent in English, have experience preferably within the area technical management, information analysis or of computer hardware/software systems. We also believe that you have several years of experience in a similar role. Business knowledge and a good understanding of IT architectural principles is considered a plus. As we are in a transition period, experience from a role as project manager is also an advantage. An academic degree sees as a merit.

You're a driving and engaging person who take lead and initiatives, sees opportunities and are eager to reach our goals. You are also able to understand and define visions, set targets and set the strategy how to step forward. In order to drive a change and accelerate our digital transformation you have good communication skills and have the ability to get people "onboard" and engaged. It is also important that you are structured and like to collaborate because the projects you work on involve different people from different business areas, all of whom are interdependent.

We Offer
We offer you an interesting job in a global organisation, where you will play a leading role in the Scania Assistance transformation to become a successful provider of support to both current and future support services.
