Digital Transformation Managers for Sales and Manufacturing
(Responsible for managing our Digital Transformation roadmaps & related ICT Investments)

Husqvarna Division has since 2015 gathered all "digital" activities into common Digitalization Roadmaps in order to coordinate and prioritize activities and resources in line with our 2020 strategy. The strategic implications of digitalization, and the potential disruption it can cause in our current ecosystems and business model(s), resulted in a number of "speedboats" that together with a common services platform further enhance our customer offer based on product connectivity and data analytics.

A digitalization and business transformation framework is key to enable smart solutions that create true customer value, as well as efficient operational excellence transformations such as smart manufacturing and machine learning to enable data driven decisions ("Industry 4.0"). This enables us to obtain better clarity about the digital capabilities existing maturity levels, and what gaps we need to address for the selected use cases. Husqvarna Division now seeks two Digital Transformation Managers for Sales and Manufacturing respectively with main responsibility for:


Transformation Management:
• Facilitate development of digitalization roadmap based on understanding of digital capabilities maturity and business transformation needs
• Create company-wide commitment for the digital strategy & roadmap - serving as a "culture broker" and coordinator of change.

Process & Change Management:
• Serve as the sponsor for digital innovation into the division 's business model(s) and business processes.
• Develop solid Business Cases together with business leads and key stakeholders.

Program & Portfolio Management:
• Govern the digital program/project portfolio based on common PMO method/structure. Prioritize and align with key stakeholders.
• Support business change implementation in Steering Groups. Ensure the right capabilities and partners to work with.


You will drive and support improved business performance by providing digital business transformation management and executional support based on our framework, with focus on step-change improvement in our customer value offer and our operations. You understand the specific business challenges and opportunities well in order to suggest suitable approach by either digital prototyping or fit-for-purpose business solution, and will work closely with our Group IT function.

You will work with managers and leaders of individual functions and geographies to define and prioritize key initiatives, assessing the investment/business cases and define criteria for measuring success, initiate redesign of processes when required, assist leaders during implementation to manage change throughout the enterprise, and follow-up of progress made and value delivered.

You have strong experience in business transformations and operational change initiatives, as well as how to create organizational engagement. You enjoy team collaboration and open communication in a working environment that requires strong problem solving skills and independent self-direction.

Education/Experience
• 8+ years of applicable experience or management consulting team experience
• University, MBA or similar degree preferred

Knowledge/Skills
• Strong experience in relevant business operations and digitalization (automation, process redesign, etc)
• Familiarity with key concepts and trends in digital and agile methodologies
• Management consulting, change management and/or program management experience
• Fluent in English (verbal and written); Additional languages a plus
• Experience in leading teams and stakeholder management, strong presentation skills
• International/global operations experience
