Digitalisation is happening all around us. It is fast passed and disruptive in its nature- and we are determined to be the first in our industry to harness its potential. The Digital Services organ-isation in Tetra Pak Services is responsible for driving the digital transformation of our service business in close collaboration with the Clusters and the business organisations in Tetra Pak Services Packaging.



As Digital Solutions Manager for Service you will lead the Digitalisation of Services "Garage" approach where we scout, benchmark, develop and test ideas around digitalisation and Services.



You will participate in the Digitalisation of Service management team and the Extended Tetra Pak Global Services Management team.



This role is based in Lund, Sweden and will require approximately 10% of travelling.


Main responsibilities

• Lead the collection and consolidation of service requirements for connected equipment. Propose tech. specification and SLA
• Lead the collection of service requirements for line connectivity and securing that needs of the service business is met
• Lead creation and executions of idea generation and capture linked to service, e.g. "Hack-atons"
• Lead scouting and benchmarking of digital solutions or ideas linked to services
• Participate in internal innovation activities which are linked to Digitalisation of Services
• Participate in University collaborations, exhibitions linked to Digitalisation supporting the promotion of Tetra Pak and Tetra Pak Services




Qualifications

To be successful in this role you need to be a structured and output oriented person who has a pragmatic approach. You are a team player who is capable of motivating and establishing relations with people on all levels, internal and customer. You are a fast learner and eager to make things happen and execute this desire with a high level of drive. We assume you are passionate about the possibilities with digitalisation and how it will support the way we work.



Proven Project management skills are highly considered. Understanding of service business is a plus.
