If you have a background as a developer and want to engage in business development and support our digital journey, this is the perfect opportunity!YOUR NEXT CHALLENGEIn this role, you will work closely with our Head of Research to inform and implement our digital agenda. You will act as a project leader and coordinate the work of our in-house and outsourced teams of developers while collaborating with multicultural teams of amazing colleagues in research, sales, marketing, and operations.WHAT YOU'LL DOYou will work closely with a dynamic team of developers, product managers, and researchers. Together with your team, you will be in charge to prepare and improve the internal software required to comply with the operational business processes along the year cycle. developing and improving our products with a client-centric approach. Besides, you will provide support for all the software the company runs, from the digital products for our customers to our internal systems such as our call center system. You will have contact with the commercial team who will transmit the concerns and issues from the users which you and your team will need to solve.As Digital Project Manager, you will:Be actively involved in the whole software lifecycle process of the company's information systems, from analysis to deployment and maintenance.Be the first point of contact for internal users, handling technical issues from opening through to resolution.Have excellent listening and questioning skills, combined with the ability to interact confidently with users to establish what the problem is and explain the solution.Take ownership of support issues and seek closure ensuring all relevant support procedures are followed.Work closely with the Head of Research, Head of innovation and Key Account Managers in developing the vision and roadmaps for our digital productsBe involved in the whole product lifecycle and market research process; from data collection to proposal to client deliveryDefine project scope and objectives, develop roadmaps, involve relevant stakeholders, monitor and track progress, and ensure technical feasibilityGauge feedback from clients and other stakeholders and work on improvementsEnhance our knowledge and share it with clients during client deliveries and conferencesWHO YOU ARETo succeed in this role, you are:We see that you are a person who loves IT and has a great interest in problem solving.You are a true team player who acts for the group's development and listens to the group's needs.Planning, organizing and prioritizing tasks to follow deadlines is no problem for you.A positive driver with start-up mentality who enjoys working cross-functional in flat, multicultural organizational structuresCurious and able to take innovative ideas and translate them, helping our teams and clients work smarterA skilled project manager who is collaborative, dynamic and able to dispatch energy among the teamInterested in understanding the end-user perspective and transforming our research businessGreat at communicating effectively with, and manage, internal and external stakeholdersOrganized and able to prioritize and track tasksSolution oriented at all times and proactively identify potential issuesWe expect you to have:A completed academic degree (minimum bachelor's degree)A proficient level of English, both written and spokenAt least two years of professional experience as a software engineerExperience of working with Agile methodology, eg. SCRUMProven experience in managing projects and building softwareProven experience in web software development, security and database technologies: JavaScript, MySQL, MongoDB, HTML, CSSExperience with the following programming languages/frameworks: PHP, Ruby, NodeJS, Angular.Experience with the following technologies is an advantage: Google Cloud, Amazon S3, Kubernetes, Docker, CircleCI, GKE and Python.PRACTICALITIES AND HOW TO APPLYFull-time position in Gamla Stan, Stockholm, Sweden.
