You will also be responsible for communication with prospective students through e-mail and social media, and executing campaigns. You will work closely with other functions within the External Relations and Program Office Teams as well as with students and program directors at the Stockholm School of Economics (SSE).
As a Digital Program Marketing Specialist, your primary goal is to attract and identify prospective students nationally and internationally, and to ensure their advancement through the recruitment funnel to successfully enroll at SSE. To accomplish this, you will specifically be responsible for:
• Coordinating our digital marketing campaigns for our programs on bachelor, master and PhD level
• Planning, implementing and evaluating social media strategies and campaigns
• Managing and following up on leads in our CRM system
• Communicating with prospective students, mainly through social media and email campaigns
• Creating and maintaining information on program websites and internal portals
• Writing and publishing news and digital marketing campaigns
• Other program marketing related tasks, as directed
You will report to the Head of Program Marketing.
WE SEEK A DIGITAL PROGRAM MARKETING SPECIALIST TO JOIN THE PROGRAM MARKETING TEAM
We are looking for someone who:
• has an academic degree in marketing, communications or media.
• preferably has previous experience of working with higher education
• possesses highly analytical skills
• is strong in writing, editing, proof-reading and publishing in English and Swedish
• knows how to leverage social media channels for marketing purposes
• has experience of Google Analytics, including target-setting, tracking and reporting, and performance analysis
• has a proven ability of working with CMS and responsive web design
• is comfortable producing content for various marketing channels and audiences, in particular across e-mail, video and social media
• is able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• is service minded and knows how to work effectively as a team member and independently

Varaktighet, arbetstid
The position is full-time and has conditional tenure (SSE requires a 6-month trial period of employment). Occasional travel and overtime may be required.
