hela Sverige You will be part of the Architecture Chapter within IT Development and assigned to our Automation Office. You will work with creating the technology roadmap, and enterprise strategy, for automation solutions (RPA, Cognitive Automation, Chatbots, BPMS etc.). We are looking for a person who is inspired by change. We create banking and financial solutions that simplify financial services and our customers touchpoints. You will do this in close collaboration with architects for other domains, the data governance function, delivery teams, customer service team and business representatives.
You will have an active role in various decision forums, represent us to external partners and create a great foundation for further development. This position is more than what meets the eye. We are looking for a strategic minded Digital Architect with cloud (Azure, AWS) experience, which has a strong understanding of solutions innovation. The ideal candidate has several years of experience working as a solution or technology architect, or a lead senior developer. You have an ability to dive deep into various hands-on solutions while developing new ideas for solutions/services and make strong contributions in architectural discussions. You also have the ability and drive to influence our enterprise strategy in delivering digital process automation solutions and improved business process management in the transformation journey we are going through. We see you as a technology evangelist with a strong passion for innovation.
You possess strong technical and communication skills with the ability to translate technical topics to business stakeholders as well as translate business topics into technical designs and solutions. The position will report to the Chapter Lead for the Architectural team and will be based in Malmö or one of our locations in Warsaw and Copenhagen. Let's achieve great things together.

Key responsibilities
• Align with enterprise automation strategy and drive digital process automation technology roadmap
• Define and maintain the target data architecture and the corresponding target technology architecture, document gaps and create conceptual, value driven, roadmap to close the gaps.
• Facilitate the selection of tools and packages by technical evaluation for all components in the area of process and business automation
• Convert ideas to actual implementation by developing proof of concept and provide support to development team in the implementation
• Lead automation platform upgrades
• Provide input to Automation Operational Model, support and governance model
• Short & long term risk management including mitigation suggestions
• Working together with other architects and identify tech enablers for automation solutions
• Creating architecture design assets and implementing together with the team
• Set high level solution designs and ensure they are well documented and communicated
• Ensure that the architecture for new initiatives are aligned with the Enterprise Architectural roadmap and overall Ikano guidelines and target architecture
• Set requirements (non-functional requirements) for infrastructure/platform improvements
Experience & Skills
• Several years of successful professional experience in Architecture design and implementation.
• Structured and analytical and can conceptualize complex architectural issues
• Experience in digital process automation technologies. Any experience related to RPA Software's is an added advantage
• Design and implementation of the Azure and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Experience with Microservices
• Practice in Agile delivery methods
• Possess strong communication skills and can have discussions on different levels, ranging from developer to senior management.
• Fluent in English - spoken and written!
• Ability to work in a team and within Ikano Bank's values
• Experience in BPMS is an advantage
• Experience in Data & Analytics, Data Enablement is an advantage
• Core Banking platform (e.g. Cards and Loans) is an added advantage
