Your Role at HORSE Powertrain Limited
As Digital Finance Director, Corporatee, you'll lead the strategy and execution of digital finance initiatives that streamline processes, enhance data-driven decision-making, and support our position as a Tier 1 automotive supplier. Working closely with finance leadership and IT teams, you'll embed technology into the core of our finance operations - driving innovation, scalability, and performance across global functions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital finance strategy that drives automation, improves reporting efficiency, and supports global operations.
Lead digital transformation projects from concept to implementation, including ERP upgrades, automation tools, and cloud-based financial platforms.
Build and apply advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to improve forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting - delivering actionable insights and predictive dashboards to senior leadership.
Ensure seamless integration of digital tools into existing finance systems while maintaining compliance with global regulations, data governance, and cybersecurity standards.
Drive cross-functional collaboration with finance, IT, and operations to embed digital finance solutions into core processes, enhancing efficiency, scalability, and adoption.
Manage global change initiatives to support the adoption of new technologies and foster a culture of innovation within the finance organization.
Skills and experience
We're looking for a forward-thinking finance leader with a strong technology foundation and a global mindset. To succeed in this role, you will bring:
Proven experience leading digital finance transformation in a complex, global organization - ideally within the automotive or manufacturing sector.
Deep knowledge of ERP systems, automation technologies, cloud-based financial tools, and modern data analytics platforms.
A strategic mindset with hands-on ability to drive projects from concept to implementation.
Demonstrated success in managing enterprise-wide transformation initiatives, including stakeholder engagement and change management.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to align finance, IT, and operational teams toward shared digital goals.
Solid understanding of cybersecurity, regulatory compliance, and data governance as they relate to digital finance systems.
Executive presence and the ability to communicate complex insights clearly and persuasively to senior stakeholders.
