Digital Assistant Manager

Lynk & Co is seeking an experienced Service Manager, Digital Assistant - a critical role to support the launch of Lynk & Co in Europe.

As Service Manager you will be responsible for setting the overall strategy and execute the roadmap for a cross-channel Digital assistant service (in-car and other digital touchpoints). The digital assistant will be key for controlling in-car functions, responding to customer queries as well as taking pro-active measures based on customer needs, habits etc. As Service Manager you will play an integral role in merging business and customer needs with latest technology within the Digital assistant & AI domain. You will be working closely with business owners and solution architects ensuring a secure, reliable and customer oriented experience in multiple channels. You will report to the Connectivity Director within Lynk & Co.

The position is based in Gothenburg Sweden at Lynk & Co, but will require frequent travel (mainly Europe but also to Geely HQ, Hangzhou China).

Responsibilities and tasks

- Develop strategy and execute roadmap for Digital assistant service based on understanding of business direction, customer needs and technology possibilities.
- Define key use cases and coordinate backlog / roadmap of new features and functions within digital assistant services domain.
- Communicate and anchoring strategy and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders
- Identify, monitor and follow-up on key requirements across planning, development, testing and operational phases.
- Develop core life-cycle management processes for Digital assistant services jointly with platform and operations owners.
- Develop, monitor and evaluate key metrics and analytics to continuously track uptake/usage of Digital Assistant to continuously improve technical and customer/business performance.
- Existing partner management and business development on a continuous basis.

Profile and Background

- 3+ years product management in connected car services domain.
- Significant experience within digital assistant and AI technologies
- Significant experience in customer experience driven digital services development
- Ability to quickly translate customer needs into product and service opportunities.
- Strong commercial outlook and an entrepreneurial approach to business development
- A truly customer experience driven mind-set
- Excellent communication skills.
- Cultural awareness, global/international experience
- Fluency in English - both oral and written
- Ability to travel
