The role:
As our Digital Analysis Executive you will have the opportunity to join a dynamic and evolving environment in our Stockholm office. You will be part of the Nordic Digital Trade Engagement team - working with OPEN, our digital retailer platform. It 's a dual role - with one part being responsible for analyzing our digital trade content and supporting in improving the digital activation. The second part consists of developing campaigns and activations that improves our retailer engagement.
You will work together with our Digital Trade Engagement team to first and foremost evaluate and optimize existing content/campaigns, but also develop improved content/activation campaigns. Your analytical capabilities and business acumen will guide you in providing concrete solutions to support decision making.
With the power of Salesforce/Einstein analytics, Marketing Cloud and Google Analytics, you will make sense of data to continuously improve our platform and bring value for PMI and our retailers.

Your 'day to day':
• You'll own end-to-end analytics for OPEN Nordics, from tracking KPIs to setting targets and running A/B tests to evaluate the impact of new features
• You'll partner with content & marketing teams and other stakeholders within the organization to provide clarity on how to drive success for our platform and build a great user experience
• You'll articulate and communicate concrete actionable insights and recommendations based on data
• You'll lead content/campaign projects to increase engagement with our retailers
• You'll be the Point of Contact for our automated reporting and investigate & solve data architecture issues

Who we're looking for:
• Academic degree in Business/Marketing or similar
• 2-4 years of previous experience in using analytics to support decision-making, ideally within a constantly evolving, digital environment
• Analytical mind-set and a good business sense, with a creative approach to scoping problems while striving to make an impact
• Developed skills in translating the user journey and experience into concrete data insights and measures
• Strong project management skills
• Experience from a consumer centric company within FMCG industry or similar is a plus

Functional skills:
• Proficient in English, knowledge of either Swedish, Danish or Finnish is a plus
• An understanding of BI concepts and data architecture
• Experience with Salesforce, and particularly SF Analytics Studio/Einstein Analytics as well as Google Analytics
• Able to work independently with planning and execution of analytics projects
• Experience with digital campaign management
• Problem solving attitude
• Detail & action oriented
