Som utvald Graduate inom DHL Supply Chain (DSC) Nordics Graduate Program kommer du snabbt in i verksamheten för att lära dig och utvecklas inom en rad olika områden. Målet är att du ska kunna ta en ledarposition inom DHL SC Nordics inom snar framtid.
Vad innebär det att vara Graudate på DHL Supply Chain Nordics?
DHL Supply Chains Nordic Graduate program är tvåårigt och består av två perioder á 6 månader på olika positioner inom DSC för att därefter fortsätta i en fast position andra året.
Upplägget för programmet är fokuserat på att du ska lära känna vår verksamhet på kort tid. Du får lära dig grunderna i vårt operationella verksamhetssystem som styr våra lager. Beroende på din akademiska utbildning inriktas du på operationell verksamhet eller i en stödjande funktion. Utöver detta deltar du parallellt på DHLs certifierade utbildningar för våra medarbetare. Under hela Graduate perioden kommer du vägledas av din personliga mentor som är en av våra senior managers i vår organisation samt ha en sponsor inom den nordiska ledningsgruppen. Dessa kommer att vägleda dig med kunskap och råd för att du ska uppnå dina mål och utvecklas som ledare.
Tillsammans med de andra Graduates inom DSC följer du vårt utvecklingsprogram där du kan dela erfarenheter med andra graduates samt erfarna kollegor. Din praktik börjar med en två dagar lång introduktion och avslutas med en examinationsfest. Nätverk och works shops förläggs parallellt med ditt praktiska arbete.

Vad vi kräver av dig?
• Du har en avslutad högskole/universitetsexamen med inriktning mot lednings- och logistik med examen senast i september 2020.
• Både nyutexaminerade och kandidater med högst 3 årslivserfarenhet är kvalificerade att söka.
• Du har ett starkt intresse för logistiktjänster.
• Du behärskar engelska och ett av de nordiska språken flytande i tal och skrift.
• Du har ledarambitioner, är stresstålig och ansvarstagande.
• Du är kommunikativ, proaktiv, energisk och resultatinriktad.
• Du kan ge ditt team konstruktiv feedback och räds inte att utmana rådande strukturer.
• Du är tillgänglig på heltid och för arbete inom hela Norden.

What does it means to be a Graduate at DHL Supply Chain Nordics?
The primary focus of this program is to assist you in developing an overall understanding of DHL Supply chain as a company including its products and services. In a relatively short period of time during the course of this program, you will learn the basics of how our sites function and operate. Depending on your background and prior education we will customize a program for you. It is a two (2) year program with two periods á six (6) months in either operations or in a functional support that will end with a permanent position for the last year. Throughout the entire Graduate program you will be mentored by one of our senior managers in addition to having a personal sponsor within the Nordic Leadership Board. Our experienced mentors are there to provide guidance and support in order to assist you in retaining the knowledge necessary to achieve your goals. You will also be afforded the opportunity to be a leader within a team.
Together with other graduates within the DSC Graduate Program, you will follow our development strategy while sharing your experiences. Your journey begins with a two (2) day introduction and concludes with a graduation celebration. Networking and workshops will be an essential part of the program.

What do we want from you?
• A university degree plan within management and logistics graduating no later than September 2020.
• Recently graduated candidates with a maximum of 3 years work experience are qualified to apply for this program.
• Professional fluency in at least one (1) Nordic Language and English.
• You have a genuine interest for logistics.
• You have management ambitions, driven by results and by improving others.
• You are communicative, proactive and confident.
• Able to receive and effectively communicate constructive feedback in a team environment
• You are available for a full time position and able to work all over Nordics.
