But we're not stopping there, our goal is to be the world's most used email marketing service for small businesses.
Your main focus will be...
Making our servers sing and more specifically during your first year you will mainly be focusing on:
• Improving our deliverability rates so that we're constantly delivering more than 99 % of all sent emails to the inbox.
• Upgrading our infrastructure so it's scalable and can handle a 3X surge in traffic.
• Containerize our technical environment (Python, MySQL, Node.js, nginx, HAproxy etc) and continuous deployment process so it works flawlessly
What kind of skills and experience do you need for this job
We believe actions speak louder than words and data is our guiding star. We are currently using dedicated servers and Puppet for provision. Jenkins is our choice for the CI environment but we're sure things will change once you get started, so specific technologies are not the most important. It's a big plus if you know how to program, especially in python
