Ã…F has more than 1 400 engineers working in the international automotive industry. We have extensive experience in executing on-site as well as outsourced assignments and is running 10 automotive customer satellites. Our customers are mainly in Sweden, Brazil, UK, and China where we also have subsidiaries and offices.
We are looking for newly graduated engineers, with an interest in working with development, simulation and/or testing within Propulsion and Energy Management. The responsibilities of the Propulsion and Energy Management team comprises simulation of performance and energy consumption, integration of powertrain components and systems, calibration, and testing/validation of powertrains in-vehicle. Our strength is our good teamwork and long experience in complete vehicle development.
Depending on the customer, you may have a variety of work tasks related to Propulsion and Energy management. You will be working with products ranging from conventional cars to large hybrid/electric industrial machines. Our customers are found in Sweden and Europe as well as other parts of the world.
Who are you?
B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Physics Engineering
Good knowledge of MATLAB.
Good knowledge of engines, transmissions, electric motors, and batteries
Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Driver’s license
Personal qualities
To be successful in this role, you should be able to establish and maintain effective relationships with people both internally and externally. You have strong analytical capability and use logic and methods to solve problems in an efficient manner, with the customer needs in mind. You have a desire to develop technical and personal skills with high level of motivation and a positive attitude.
