Do you want to improve the design environment - to use your knowledge, ideas and engagement to make our methods and tools more efficient? Do you want to join an experienced team to support 600+ hardware designers worldwide?
We are now looking to strengthen our presence in the area of Data Management, to develop and maintain integrations to corporate PLM systems.
In this team you will work with tools on the edge of technology and deploy well-structured methods. We are an established and focused team that supports Ericsson worldwide.
We collect requirements from Ericsson design sites and ensure that our tool suppliers implement the improvements to our needs. In the daily work we also support our user community, provide training and participate in work with standards. We configure and develop software to adapt commercial CAD tools to special Ericsson requirements, such as development process, design rules, documentation standards, design data management and component data management.
Responsibilities:
You will drive strategic technical leadership
Perform continuous analysis and requirement handling.
Develop and test high quality products
Perform trouble shooting and customer support
Drive continuous improvements of products and processes
Develop competence in technical domain
Key Qualifications:
Education: Masters or phd preferred in relevant field
Minumum 3 years of experience in PLM system
Product development knowledge and Product Lifecycle Management knowledge
Business understanding
Working with people and networking
Innovating, adapting and responding to change
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations
Planning and Organizing
Additional Requirements:
Preferred Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Data management in a R&D scope including:
Driving/implementing integrations between design tools and corporate PLM tools through standard and custom interfaces and API's.
Driving work-in-progress data management requirements for design tools towards vendor(s)
Ensuring that sufficient infrastructure is in place - in cooperation with IT
Follow/drive/implement applicable parts of PLM landscape
Project management skills
Knowledge in standard API's for Ennovia, SharePoint etc.
