Permobils Medical Device Management team, R&D, in Timrå/Sundsvall is now looking for a Design Control - Medical Device Manager with focus on Design Control. We are looking forward to your application!

Responsibilities
As Medical Device Manager focusing on design control, you will collaborate in a cross functional team together with mechanical, electronics and software development engineers at R&D to ensure the quality of Permobils medical devices. You will support the development engineers in deliverables needed according to design control in Permobil 's QMS.

Your main tasks will be:
> to write design verification and validation plans, and reports with inputs from development engineers
> lead and/or participate in risk management and requirements setting

In this role you will also continuously develop processes by updating work instructions and templates needed for the R&D product development team, supporting the organization to work efficiently and ensure compliance within design control.

Your profile
To succeed in this role, you are passionate and ambitious. You pay attention to details and have great problem-solving capabilities. We are looking for a team player with great communication skills that possess great leadership skills and enjoy developing efficient processes.

Your Background
> Bachelor or master's degree in science or equivalent education
> At least a few years working experience
> Medical device industry or Pharma industry experience including applicable regulations
> Good knowledge of risk management (ISO 14971:2019)
> Previous experience in the field of medical technology or biomedicine, either through studies or work experience, is meritorious
> Fluent in English both oral and written, Swedish is meritorious.
> Project management and product development experience is meritorious.
