We are now looking for our next Department Manager IT with a passion for developing people
We will give you the responsibility to lead and develop a department with a main focus on Business Analysis. You support the Volvo Group by providing professional services - built on a unique combination of Volvo business knowledge and IT competence. Your employees will work in both one time and run time assignments throughout the whole Volvo Group. You will also drive change initiatives to further develop Volvo Group IT. Your position will give you a broad network, connecting to stakeholders in all parts of the Volvo organization and you will be part of a global management team.
Your mission as Department Manager - Analysis MAS/DCL
Your most important assignment is to inspire, motivate and engage your co-workers. You have responsibility for leading and developing a regional competence based IT consulting organization according to defined processes. You will drive the organization through line management who delivers professional services upon request from Volvo Group IT community. You own a specific part of the IT Consulting business from a consulting supply perspective and act with the below mission and context:*Manage, lead and motivate the Analysis MAS/DCL Region EMEA team and have the overall accountability for the Analysis MAS/DCL deliveries/activities (onboarding, quality, assignment satisfaction) within the region
• Strategic and tactical personnel planning, for the organization, operational plan in the areas of Process compliance, budget & KPI setting and follow up
• Secure adherence to business processes, policy and guidelines within the IT consulting region EMEA for as well management team as IT consultants in assignments. Develop consultants process skills for delivery units of Group IT
• Evaluation of team members' performance. Coach and evaluate performance to reach individual targets and follow up performance

• Strong experience from IT consulting & IT Analysis and experience from working in a IT delivery organization

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or other equivalent education
• Complete proficiency in English
