We're looking for two skilled Demand Planners to strengthen our Operations team and help us deliver world-class products and service to customers worldwide.
What you'll do
As our Demand Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate demand forecasts and optimized inventory levels. You will be responsible for one of two vacant areas, Part&Accessories or Diamond Tools.
You will play a central role in balancing customer needs, operational efficiency, and sales growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Forecast Accuracy & Analytics: Build and refine short- and long-term demand forecasts using statistical models, SKU segmentation, and market insights.
Differentiated Demand Planning: Apply segmented planning approaches and balance system-generated forecasts with manual market inputs.
Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain to align forecasts with business objectives.
S&OP Contribution: Lead analysis and recommendations in the Sales & Operations Planning process.
Performance Tracking: Monitor forecast accuracy, analyze deviations, and implement corrective actions.
Data Management: Maintain accuracy in Logility and deliver insights through Power BI and other tools.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and drive improvements in forecast accuracy, efficiency, and service levels.
Market Intelligence: Incorporate seasonality, promotions, and external factors into your forecasts.

Location: This position is based in Jonsered or Jönköping. At Husqvarna we use an hybrid working model with at least 50% in office.
What you'll bring
We see that you have experience in demand planning, statistical forecasting or similar. You have strong knowledge in advanced forecasting models, SKU segmentation, and differentiated planning.
You also have:
Hands-on experience with planning systems (ideally Logility) and analytical tools (Excel, BI platforms).
Track record of integrating market intelligence with system forecasts to improve accuracy.
Experience working with complex, global assortments and high number of SKU environments.
Excellent analytical, quantitative, and stakeholder management skills.
Business acumen with the ability to balance operational details and strategic impact.
