Role Summary
As a Demand Planner you will be a part of the team supporting the Nordic markets with Demand and Supply Chain planning from factories to stores. You will have direct and indirect contact with internal partners, factories, and other markets. As a part Swedish Match, you will always strive for improvements in processes and identify areas where we could develop.
On your day-to-day work, you will be in charge of, but not limited to, the following tasks and projects:
• Demand Planning - Forecasting
• Control and project inventory levels, ensuring optimal replenishment and availability of finished goods
• Coordinate production within PMI, and factories
• Cooperate with our third-party logistic service providers
• Support customer service to ensure proper finished goods distribution
• Collect business intelligence with cross functional teams such as Marketing, Finance & Business Planning
• Facilitate Integrated Business Planning process in the Market to achieve aligned Market demand plan, approved by Market Management team
• KPI management, sales forecast accuracy & reporting
• Supporting projects including new product launches, regulatory initiatives and others
• Execute projects including new product initiatives, regulatory initiatives and others, considering market requirements and approved commercial strategies
• Identify risks and opportunities to the plan, create optimized responses and validate them with the stakeholders
• Rigorously manage costs in line with agreed budget (loss of goods-materials destroyed management)

Who we're looking for
• A degree or postgraduate diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields will be an advantage
• 5+ Years of experience within Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) or Electronics industry with exposure to Supply Chain, Sales Strategy, Business Planning & Development or Finance
• Ability to prepare and lead IBP process, with project management skills being a strong plus
• S&OP / IBP experience is a plus
• Excellent communication skills in English are required, knowledge of a Nordic language would be a plus.
• Outstanding analytic skills, particularly in Excel, with ability to shift complex business challenges into opportunities
• Budget management experience
• Senior stakeholder management skills
• Open minded attitude and an exceptional drive to resolve issues
