GENERAL SUMMARY
From the office of Dell AB in Stockholm the Credit Collections activities are done for the Relational Nordics Region. Within a enthusiastic team responsible for the entire process of Credit Collections, but with clearly defined own responsibilities, your aim and drive is to achieve high targets. At the moment we are looking for a coordinator to work with our Danish customers.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for all outstanding balances which are transferred to Outsourcing. In practise this involves preparing and maintaining complete files for the agencies, maintaining a database and monitoring the results on a constant base.
• Be a key contact and a Coordinator in the real sense of the word for the entire Collections team for all issues regarding Outsourcing. In this regard your work is complementary to the Primary Process of Collections and as such cooperating intensively within the Collections team is a must.
• Be single point of contact for all internal departments, responsible for maintaining processes and SLA's.
• Liaise with the Outsource agencies about all relevant issues. As such also responsible for the processes and good communication between Dell and all external parties involved.
• Report on a weekly base to the Collections manager about attained results and major customer issues.
• Overall responsibility for all accounts that have been transferred from the primary or outsourced process for Litigation, Bankruptcy, Fraud or bad debt.

Ø Preferably tri-lingual: Danish, Swedish and English
Ø Flexibility with regard to working hours and possible travelling
