hela Sverige Here at the Gevalia roastery we are building a culture of pride and performance. The Delivery Planner adapts to a culture of ownership of the assignment with high action orientation and commitment for results which delivers both manufacturing and supply chain excellence.
You meet Customer Service Level targets by providing the best possible supply situation to Gevalia and other important brands supplied by the Gävle factory and contributes to the development of the business, both short- and long-term.
You manage the flow of inventory effectively and efficiently aiming to achieve the desired level of customer service at the least cost, focusing on process improvement and timely delivery and takes actions to achieve the targeted levels of inventory.
You ensure that all safety, health and environment standards are followed and drive a quality culture and role model behaviour.
You identify and execute improvement actions generated from data analysis related to service and cost optimization and You ensure effective coordination between production, planning and warehouse
Responsibilities / Key activities:
Manage outbound transports and allocate finished goods to customer orders to ensure a smooth supply of products to the customers
Prepare necessary delivery and customs documents, ensuring compliance with regulations of the receiving country
Collaborate with Customer Service and external customers in supply issues
Perform other transport-, inventory- and planning-related tasks
Your qualifications
A curious & inquisitive Mindset, Self Driving- always keen to challenge the status quo with a strong team ethic.
High level of education, preferably in logistics
Experience to deliver against commitment both in teams and on own initiative
Good communication and collaboration skills with all levels of the organization as well as external customers
3 years' experience in operational, customer service and logistics environment, preferably from fast moving consumer goods
Experience in IT systems (e.g. SAP, MS Office)
Fluent in English, Swedish preferred
