hela Sverige In this role, you will be responsible for handling complex, multidisciplinary, multi-track IT projects and programs. Our projects span from web to mobile and tablet to kiosk and interaction. You will ensure the timely and profitable delivery of projects, while engaging with the client and the internal team. You will be part of our Delivery team in Sweden, reporting into our Nordic Delivery Lead and you will be managing our Project Managers in the Stockholm office.
You have a solid track record managing complex programs in web/digital business, accompanied with your excellent interpersonal skills that help you to manage and resolve competing views. WHAT YOU 'LL DO
Deliver end to end digital strategy, transformation and innovation projects
Lead our projects/programs throughout the full project life cycle, from design to development, test, and launch
Design roadmaps which help our clients move with speed based on agile development and innovative solutions
Develop and manage the overall project plan including (time) schedule and dependencies, communication plan, and resource plan
Time and budget allocation, scoping, quality, and risk management
Manage scope and negotiate needed scope changes to produce win-win results
Create and analyze reports on track status, issues and risks and report the major risks and issues to the Project leadership and stakeholders
Establish project processes through all projects to ensure process compliance
Build and manage (senior) client relationships
Provide structure, supervision and mentorship to project teams to ensure maximum performance
Provide continuous contribution to enhance and strengthen our SapientRazorfish Delivery Approach Support of Business Development.
Team leadership - develop and lead the Delivery team in the Stockholm office.
Frequent travel and work at client site will be required
MUST HAVE
Master's or Bachelor's degree in field of relevance
Excellent communication and Leadership skills
You have an open, collaborative and problem solving mindset.
Solid experience from managing projects with agile or traditional tools and methodologies covering the full development life cycle, including interactions with internal/external stakeholders, creative agencies and other 3rd parties.
The ability to manage contracts and budgets as well as the scope, planning, risks & issues, communication and quality throughout your project
You are self-motivated and experienced with working in international, geographically distributed project environment (off-shoring of certain parts of the project)
Solid project management experience from large web projects, preferably CMS or E-commerce
Ability to proactively manage and mitigate risks
Track record in leading larger teams (10+ people)
Experience from at least one of the following capabilities; Digital Strategy & Customer Experience, Business Model Transformation, Supply Chain Management Operational Excellence or Business & Technology Innovation
