Commercial Operations has the global responsibility for the strategies, operations and control of the Scania-owned sales and services companies and business units.

Commercial Operations provides support to the Scania-owned as well as to the independent franchise network through its support functions and support companies.

Dealer Performance Project Advisor - European Region (EUR)
6 months project participation - interim contract
The European Region is, within Commercial Operations, responsible for the performance and development of Scania's Business Units and retail operation in Europe. The Business Units are governed by a board and are managed by the Executive Regional Director and the Business Unit Management Team. The Regional Project Manager works in close cooperation with the Executive Regional Director and the regional office as well as the Business Units Management Team, carrying out a broad variety of tasks with the overall target to develop the regional results and performance indicators. The position as Regional Project Manager offers a unique insight into Scania 's commercial business on retail and wholesale level, steering models and closeness to decisions. This position also gives an excellent contact network on a high level within Scania.

Main tasks
Involvement in the analyse and review of the operations in local business units leading to improvement and achievement of higher efficiency. Participation in the decision making platforms in order to advise and suggest solutions leading to process and results improvements.

Review of the existing structures at the local business units and suggesting applicable changes. Scope includes Sales, Service, HR, Marketing, IT and Finance.

Involvement in Dealer Performance activities within the region with the aim to raise the overall result of the European retail operation.

The Regional Dealer Performance Advisor represents the region in internal meetings and different pulses. Other tasks are to support the follow-up of the Strategy Plan, the Activity Plan and the Financial Reporting.

Your profile
We are looking for a highly self-motivated, service and business minded person with the ambition to continue to grow within the Scania network.

You have an academic background and an understanding of Scania's business model. You should have respect for time schedules and details. You should be experienced in leading the retail organisation in the managerial role for more than 10 years.

A very good level of English both verbally and in writing is a requirement and knowledge of other relevant languages is of course an asset. Travelling within the region, at an estimated level of 25%, will be required.

The Regional Dealer Performance Advisor reports to Regional Director (EUR) and will be part the European Dealer Performance Project Management Office. The position is based in Sweden with applicable local conditions.
