We're hiring a Data Analyst with strong data engineering skills to play a key role in building and maintaining our single source of truth, connecting our systems, and turning high-quality data into meaningful insights.
Could that be you?

The role
As a Data Analyst at Visiba, you'll bring clarity and structure to our data landscape. You'll work closely with several teams and stakeholders including Product Development, Commercial, and Management - becoming the connector who ensures everyone speaks the same data language and makes decisions based on trusted metrics. Together, you'll identify improvements and optimise areas related to performance, efficiency, quality, and information.
As our dedicated Data Analyst, you'll own the analytics function end-to-end: from integrations and pipelines to insight generation and recommendations that shape our product, operations, and growth strategy.
The role is a unique blend of hands-on data engineering, deep analysis and storytelling - perfect for someone who loves both building the engine and interpreting what comes out of it.

What you'll do
Define and maintain consistent KPIs across teams to maximise value

Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI

Provide clear insights and recommendations to guide business and product decisions

Collaborate with product development and commercial organisation to analyse product usage, behaviour patterns, performance and adoption

Own and further develop Visiba's BI platform (Microsoft Power BI) and data warehouse structures

Integrate core systems (product data, CRM-system, CS tools, finance) into a unified data layer

Build reliable automated data pipelines

Collaborate with developers to improve instrumentation and tracking

Ensure data quality, reliability and accessibility end-to-end

In short: you'll build the foundation, the structure and the shared understanding that helps Visiba move faster and smarter.

Who you are
You're someone who loves when data starts to speak and knows that great insights depend on strong fundamentals. You feel at home with SQL, data models, integrations, dashboards, and turning complex information into clear recommendations.
You likely have:

Bachelor's degree in Business Intelligence, economics, management, systems science or similar

5+ years work experience within analytics, data engineering or equivalent

Experience building and maintaining pipelines, data models and integrations

Strong SQL skills and experience working in Azure Data Factory

Experience with BI tools (Power BI is a plus)

Solid understanding of data quality, standardisation, KPIs and metrics

Proven ability to translate business questions into analytical frameworks and deliver insights that drive action

Strong communication skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights

Experience analysing product and business data

Experience from agile or cross-functional environments

Fluency in English and Swedish

Bonus points if you have:

Experience from SaaS or healthcare

Experience building dashboards for multiple teams

An understanding of DevOps practices

A basic understanding of Power Query/M

You don't need to be a full Data Engineer but you should enjoy data flows, structures and making sure everything just works.

Who will help you succeed
You'll be part of the Operations Team and work closely with colleagues across the whole company. Your closest manager will be me, Elin - and my goal is to support your growth, autonomy and impact.

Why join Visiba?
Your work will have real meaning. You'll help build tools that improve people's health and well-being - together with humble, curious and driven colleagues who care deeply about our mission.
We offer:

A meaningful product with real-world impact

A strong, value-driven culture where people matter

30 days' paid vacation

1 hour/week wellness time during working hours

Wellness allowance & medical insurance

Hybrid work model (50% remote)
