We are looking for a summer worker, team member in Vattenfall Wind at our headquarter based in Stockholm next to Mall of Scandinavia.
This is an opportunity for you who are interested in helping combat climate change, one of the most important contributions an individual can make is the large-scale deployment of wind energy. This directly contributes by reducing the cost of wind energy.
Data analysis is a highly sought after skill. This assignment will develop your data analysis skills and most likely show a quantifiable contribution to reducing the price of wind energy. This opportunity will truly enrich your CV and the role as Data analysis is a transferrable skill so the lessons learnt and ability demonstrated in this job can be used in almost any future employment. This summer job could also help you get a full time job at Vattenfall!
Tasks
Data analysis with support both from wind energy experts and data analysis experts.
Your profile and personal skills
We believe that you have a University degree.
You have good analytical skills, ideally demonstrated through good grades in quantitative subjects. Applicants from many different fields are encouraged to apply: Computer Scientists, Mathematicians and Engineers, to name a few. You are proficient in English and/or a Scandinavian language.
We also want you to demonstrated quantitative skills, standardized tests helpful for candidates from outside Sweden, USA, UK or Norway.
Meritorious is Documented ability to draw conclusions from smaller data sets.
Location: Stockholm/Solna
