In the role, you will use your analytical, communication and programming skills to ensure that the Credit decisions are properly implemented, data is collected and accurate; you would also develop standard quality controls and monitoring.

Responsibilities
Ensure risk policy and score rightful implementation;
Maintain a collaborative working relationship with decision science, dwh, developer and QA teams;
Ensure all data is collected, accurate and linked accordingly;
Develop standard quality controls and monitoring;
Investigate, through the data, reasons for unexpected trends in the main KPIs, searching for possible gaps in the implementation set up;
Manage and perform changes in the new score system;
Perform data research and validation of 3rd party data providers during integration and post-production.
Expected skills and experiences
Suitable education (BSc/MSc in Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Sciences or the equivalent);
2-4 years of work experience in similar role or handling data;
Strong SQL, Excel and data visualization skills;
Both spoken and written communication skills with experience of adapting your style and approach to the audience and message to be delivered;
Achieved targets and met expectations whilst supporting and encouraging others to do the same.
Desirable Skills
Strong organization skills and attention to details while still meeting deadlines;
Experience at a financial institution handling credit analysis and/or credit scoring is a big plus;
Data warehousing and credit scoring experience are a plus.

You are a target and results driven person, focused on details and committed to your work and adding Value to the company;
