You will be mentored by experts both within the team and from other teams to excel and to be able to provide world class service to our fantastic customers.
Our Technical Support Engineers are responsible for providing business critical technical support to partners, highly-skilled customers, IT and functional staff including Database Administrators, System Administrators, IT Managers and Directors, line-of-business Managers, Financial Assistants and Financial Controllers. In addition, the position requires frequent interaction with Product Development and Consulting Services, to deliver complete, comprehensive solutions and constant software and process improvement. In the role of Technical Support Engineer we provide telephone and/or Web based support for Kofax and ReadSoft products.
The position is open with immediate start.
It is a full time position located in either of these locations - Oslo, Amersfoort, Stockholm or Copenhagen.
We are looking for you - a native Danish speaking, committed and positive new colleague to join our Nordic team. You will take the lead in each case, pulling in resources as you need and work the case to the very end. You will have a great variety of simple quick cases to cases requiring deep research, where you will learn more about the product and the customer's unique situation as you go. This a fun and fulfilling way to work with Support. We work together and we celebrate together.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Fluent in Danish.
• Passionate about Customer Service and Support.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of and experience with Microsoft software and operating systems.
• Proficient in documenting technical processes/issues in English.
DESIRED SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
• Software trouble shooting, experience of enterprise environment
• Familiarity with Windows diagnostic tools, such as Process Monitor and Event Viewer.
• SQL
• Financial processes
• ReadSoft software
