Are you a highly communicative person with a passion for solving difficult tasks and challenges? Do you put excellent service in the first room and believe the proper title for this role should be "Customer happiness advisor?" Then you should join our fun and inspiring customer support.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you are a part of Klarna's global Special Resolutions team and your passion for providing exceptional customer service contributes to our world-class high level of customer satisfaction. Acting as the second line of response to Danish customers, you will communicate in a open, helpful and engaging tone and focus on finding the right solution for each customer.

You will connect with our customers to address questions and resolve issues through multiple channels such as Email, Phone, Chat etc. You are secure in taking a stand for your opinion and always strive for making improvements, and would love to serve as an ambassador for our brand. You have excellent communication skills in both Danish and English.
