What we offer:
* You will have a key role in the daily contact and interface with Henkel's customers and you will provide support in primarily all order- and distributions matters.
* You will manage and drive the order process, maintain the customer master data, update and monitor correct prices & rebates as well as support sales regarding product availability communication and customer management etc.
* The tasks include also driving and/or participating in process improvements for the order process and customer collaboration areas.
The position is located in Alvik in Stockholm, Sweden
Who we are looking for:
* You have an upper secondary school degree and preferably an exam in logistics/administration, or a good track record of working experience in relevant areas.
* You are fluent in Danish and English.
* You have experience from customer service and /or logistics and distribution.
* A good knowledge in the Microsoft Office package and SAP R/3 is an advantage.
* You are service minded, flexible and take initiatives.
* You get things done and consider yourself as a problem solver.
* You have sense for quality and accuracy when registering and reporting.
