YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
In this role you will be the voice and tone of Zaark to our customer. You will interact in a confident, truly friendly, professional manner when building professional trust with our international customer. You will handle the daily client driven agenda on subjects such as resolves inquiries, billing issues and iOS or Android product/service support. This will also involve
hands on responsibility with CRM tasks as well as be the stakeholder as a CRM super user. On a daily basis you will work cross functionally with Engineering, UX/UI, Sales & Management and monitor support processes trends in a business intelligence manner and report your findings and observations to the management team in order to provide the best breed of customer support and customer care experience.
KEY REQUIREMENTS/ YOUR SKILLS
• Fluent English (business level).
• Proven customer care & retention skills and experience.
• Experience of optional CRM systems.
• Experience in resolving billing queries.
• Proficiency in MS Office (esp. Excel)
BENEFICIAL
• Telecommunications Customer Care experience.
• Knowledge of social media analytics and e-mail marketing.
• Familiarity with Google Ad Words.
• Solid knowledge of VoIP technology.
• Experience of online community management.
