Founded in 2010 by a group of enthusiastic gamedev students, joined together in their mutual worship of competitive gaming. Dreaming loud and together building one of Scandinavia's finest game studio to date.

What you will do - As a customer support representative you will serve as the direct link between Stunlock Studios and our players. You will provide assistance and guidance through social media, forums, email and our support ticket system (Zendesk).
• You will facilitate self-support by populating and updating our public support FAQ.
• You will manage and prioritize reported bugs to help our devs deliver the best possible product to our players.
• You will handle communications with influencers contacting Stunlock Studios.
• Last but certainly not least you will wield the almighty banhammer!
Who are you? - The ideal candidate has a background working with customer support and/or sales.
• By being a gamer yourself you understand other gamers, their needs and frustrations.
• You are fluent in English (and possibly other languages) and have excellent communication skills.
