An exciting opportunity has become available with one of our clients for a Customer Success Representative
This role will be crucial in securing continued growth of their business into the global marketplace. Their sales improvement platform is becoming more and more synonymous with a growing number of international clients. They are looking for an all-rounder that shares their passion for sales and helping clients build and drive successful behaviour in B2B sales.
The primary tasks associated with the role;
Welcoming new customers and help them get started Continual response to support requests from customer base via email and telephone Ensuring smooth delivery and payment processes Coordinate communication internally and externally Mapping customer relationship management activities, including;
Creation and distribution of patch information
Creation of information to help new customers get started
Assisting and on-boarding of customers
Ensuring and maintaining the quality of support (Developing Knowledge Base)
Market analysis and support
Maintaining & improving routines for measuring customers success
Acquiring references and success stories from clients
Personal attributes
You are well-prepared, flexible and organized, you will be working with a small, driven team and will be expected to pitch-in and support other functions when required
Solution orientation; your input on how things can be done better is recognized and acted upon
Superb relationship building skills , you adapt your style to the needs of the customer and aim to exceed expectations in your service delivery
An ambition to develop in an organization that values- responsiveness, innovation, accountability and long term relationships.
You are skilled at writing and structuring information so that customers can easily maximize the features of the tool
Our client lives and breathes complex sales solutions , so an understanding and interest in this field is vital to success
English is your native language , you also have strong verbal Swedish skills
You are digital and tech-savvy ; the software platforms you will be representing are cutting edge
