We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with an established record of generating revenue through strong, long-term customer relationships as well as a deep interest and passion for SasS solutions, aviation and innovation.

In the role of Customer Success Manager, your focus will be to grow long-term, strategic relationships with existing accounts in Europe. Mostly of your daily sales work will be done via web demos, email, phone and Skype from our Gothenburg office, with occasional travel around ten times a year to your dedicated territory countries. This is to ensure that your customers get the best out of Avinode, to deepen your relationships and of course creating new business opportunities.

You are highly motivated, entrepreneurial, energetic, and able to thrive in a high-performing organization. Do people often call you a social chameleon? Great, cause you need to be adaptive to different customer personalities while being able to find commonality to establish trust and a productive working relationship. You are a strong believer that customer service is a driving component of customer success - and of course genuinely passionate about sales!

Speaking English every day, with your customers as well as your colleagues in the office - feels completely natural to you, where you enjoy being in an international environment. In other words, your English needs to be excellent, both in business terms and we also want you to feel that your full personality can bloom while speaking it.

A seasoned, tech-savvy sales representative with experience in SaaS B2B selling (it's a plus if you have previous B2B aviation experience)Excellent problem-solving and negotiating skills through effective communicationAnalytical and a critical thinker - you use both data, member feedback and team input as a basis of your assessments and recommendationsOutgoing, genuine personality that can make a good first impressionEmbracing of a dynamic work environment and industry, where change is the only constant
