We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a deep understanding of customer needs.

BannerFlow is one of the first HTML5 ad production platforms for ads that run across all devices and screens. Today we have over 500 customers in more than 50 different countries and BannerFlow banner ads now reach over 100 million views per day. Our focus is to build relationships with our customers which enable them to grow their own business with our help, and we make sure to always put our customer first in everything we do.

Customer Success plays a huge part in this, which is where you come in. As a Customer Success Manager you will work long-term and strategically with our clients to ensure that the customer experience is beyond expectation. You will be the first point of contact for our customers and partners, and will work alongside different teams in our organisation to lead post-sales implementation and project management activities. Every BannerFlow client is unique, and it will be your responsibility to adapt to different customers and their needs, and to make sure that they maximize their investment in the BannerFlow platform.

Some of your responsibilities will be;

Own the overall relationship with assigned clients, which include onboarding, retention, renewal, upsell and general customer satisfaction.
Educate and teach your customers about how to best utilize all BannerFlow features and introduce them to new product releases.
Work together with the Sales team and other cross-functional teams to identify and take action on customer needs and upsell opportunities.
Strive to increase customer satisfaction, build relationships and push the boundaries of the customer?s mindset.
Develop and maintain a high level of knowledge about industry benchmarks and our products and services.

Who are you?

You have experience from similar B2B roles, selling software, technology or SaaS.
You have a deep understanding of customers and a passion for revenue and professional growth.
You have strong knowledge of the digital media landscape.
You have excellent interpersonal skills and can create win-win situations for all parties you work with.
You are a great colleague, accountable, willing to go the extra mile, always see possibilities, and have a roll-up-your-sleeves mentality.
You are highly organized, analytical, a fast learner and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.
Since we have customers in many different countries you need to be fluent in English, both written and oral.
