Customer success manager - digital evangelist

We are looking for someone interested in digital things. This person will play an integral role between the clients and the developers. Therefore, experience and interest in management as well as in IT is required.

Office language is English and Swedish is not a requirement. Other languages is always a plus. We have installations in over 20 countries. Especially fluent German and French in speech is a plus.

We have our lab in Uppsala and you placement will be primarily there in Uppsala.

Responsibilities:

Focusing on releases to existing clients go well - which will generate business over time from our potential and existing accounts.
Taking care of the clients, knowing all the time what is going on and see all the problems before they report them to us.
Act as the key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions.
To understand our clients it is helpful if you like retail and if you are interested retail technology trends.
By understanding the retailers needs we are flexible to add new features and do business development
Experienced tester experience since a big part of the success is to make sure we have releases to clients with well tested solutions
Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to our clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly progress to the clients and also internal.
Have a clear vision for the product and company so you can lead the design and solution day to day
Plan our releases and patch releases with our IT team with relevant task planning.
For this an IT background is also required, as one of the main tasks will be software release management
If you have experience from MySQL that is always helpful since we have configurations in MySQL that might need to be changed to fix an issue
We get many shipments with new prototypes and parts to new projects. When a shipment package comes - double check we have everything, everything works for the designated purpose (sometimes some cables included didnt work and we find out 3 weeks after package arrived, or a metal part didnt fit - need to find out immediately to save time for the projects)

Skills:
Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
Highly self-motivated.
Strong account management and relationship building skills.
Strong organizational skills - working with different clients at the same times. Always keep an overview.
Previous experience as a key account manager is a benefit - otherwise you will learn this by doing
Also a technical background is required - good knowledge in software and hardware products. We work in multiple Windows / Mac / Android environments.
Experience with hardware management and software releases.
Security experience is good since you will take over the responsibility for security things
It will be a benefit if we make sure that we follow the coding guidelines as we have releases and the solutions are scalable and self explanatory. Many times we see developers not think each task all the way through.
When we do new introductions to potential clients we do integrations that you will be able to help us with.
Controller - spending too much time and investment on the wrong features?
Intranet - important we have an intranet everyone likes. Today we buid much in free open online tools (Google suite)
