Are you a person that is happy to get an appointment with the dentist? Do you also think that the best customer service is given with a smile (and good teeth, of course)? With Muntra you have the possibility to explore an industry where you can make a difference, both for the dentist and the patient.
Muntra makes it easier to run healthcare companies by gathering health records, e-prescription, bookkeeping and patient acquisition in one service. Of course, everything is cloud based, digital and simple.
Now we want to expand our Customer Success team, with another team player. We are a close-knit team, where everyone can be our best selves. We believe that the best customer service is given when the employees thrive at work. What you'll do
Ensure our customers have the best experience of working with Muntra.
Support caregivers in their day-to-day work helping them over the phone, e-mail, message or visits at the clinic.
Develop Muntra's community of caregivers, capture customer and product feedback, and work towards our vision of zero support tickets.
Who you are
Passionate about providing a high level of customer service.
Have experience of working with customer service.
Fluent in English, Swedish and preferably other Nordic languages.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
A humble personality.
An interest in the healthcare sector is essential.
