The mission of the Customer Service specialist role is to support new tools implementation and support local markets with awareness and capabilities building.
Key Responsibilities/requirements:
• Drive the business transformation and change management activities around the new case management tool that is being implemented during 2020-2021 across the B2B Customer Service centers around Europe.
• Develop and ensure the online availability for customers in Europe.
• Increases awareness and support clusters to develop an active availability management that combines pro-active (complete and in time) order management for kitchen specialists with optimal availability for Electrical retailer business and online Retailers.
• Facilitate fast analysis and actions to release stock reservations and avoid new back-orders, reduce delay on existing back-orders.
• Follow up local company's results for online availability with most important on-line stores, supported by OLR tool.
• Stimulate local collaboration between country availability manager, sales and Trade & Marketing.
• Monitor online availability in OLR tool, follow up on targets with clusters, facilitates and drives actions for improvement
• Participate in Central E commerce triangle collaboration to align and agree on improvement steps for online availability
• Train country availability managers on concepts, processes and systems
• Closely collaborate with IT to obtain system support and improvements where needed
Competences needed
Education : Master degree in Economics or Engineering
Technical Skills & Core Knowledge Areas:
• Project management
• Customer service
• Customer services tools (contact center, online availability, etc.)
• At least 3 years' of experience in excellent, high performing, service organization
