About the role
In the role of Customer Service, you will work with handle and investigate cases where customer experience problems with product, manufacturer, response or other issues that affected a customer due to a Samsung product. Customers submit their case to VOC via a link given to them from call center or VOC. You will registrant, investigate and handling cases received by VOC via telephone, email or regular mail. You will also have daily contact with different departments, workshops, product specialists and call center to resolve cases. The role also involves other administrative tasks with complaints and repairs and. You will be working at the office in Kista and be part of a happy team.
In the role of Customer Service your main tasks will include:
• Give service and support to customers and maintain a good relationship
• Handling cases received by VOC via telephone, email or regular mail
• Collect proper information and other documentation to handling the cases
• Contact with different departments to resolve cases
• Give support to colleagues in other work areas
• Handling repair requests
The role of Customer Service is a full-time consultant work with start in immediate effect and last for one year with many opportunities to grow and develop.
About you
We are looking for you with previous experience in customer service or costumer support. We see that you have good experience working with telephone and email and great skills of handling computer as a work tool. We are looking for you with good knowledge within Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook, Word and Excel. We also see that you have profound communication skills, fluent in Swedish and Finnish and good in English, both speech and writing.
Important for this role is that you are a team player and serviceminded. We see that you are good in create relations with both customers and colleagues. We also see that you are a curious person who take own initiatives and a problem solver and good with handle stress.
Important for the role:
• Great skills of handling computer and phone calls
• Good experience of Microsoft Office
• Experience of customer service and support
• Fluent in Swedish and Finnish
• Good in English, both speech and writing
