We are looking for a Customer Service Return Coordinator to join one of the leading consumer electronics companies in the world! This is a consultancy opportunity starting mid January 2020 to April 2021 with possible extension.

Job Description: As a CS Return Coordinator you will be responsible for Technical Return claims from dealers and service centers on the Nordic market as well as handling sections within parts return. Other key accountabilities for this role include:
Handle Technical Return requests in Samsungs systems
Manage consignment stock to service centers
Manage escalations from Samsung Shared Service center (SSCE)
Support dealers and service partners with escalated queries
Analyze and developing the Technical Return systems and integrations together with Process & Control Manager
Visit dealers and service centers on a regular basis for education and follow up on processes
Visit warehouse staff for follow up and control
Process development in tight cooperation with all liaisons to minimize numbers of claims and lower costs
Create and sustain a working Swap flow for our ASC and Warehouse
Manage and monitor KPI's and the daily work for Return admin located at SSCE
Manage Extended Warranty setup
Handling sections within Parts return (Spares)
Required Qualifications: College ("gymnasium") electronics, technical, as well as administration
Drivers license
Xpos knowledge
Fluent in Swedish and English
Preferably knowledge with SAP or similar systems
Preferably if you've worked with similar tasks
